Rules
Electric Vehicles
Any charging of electric vehicles will be $20 nightly, $30 weekly, and $100 monthly.
Ground Rules
We aim to maintain a clean, safe, and enjoyable environment for all guests. Please review the following rules during your stay. -Loud music, disruptive behavior, foul language, or harassment of staff or guests is not permitted. -Illegal, offensive, or nuisance activities are prohibited. -Guests must follow all park rules and staff instructions. -Providing false information during reservation or check‑in may result in removal. -Non‑payment of rent by the due date is grounds for termination of stay.
Damages
Customers are responsible for any damage or destruction of property or injury to persons caused by the guest, his or her family, visitors, or pets. We reserve the right to charge guests accordingly for any damages they cause to the property.
Alcohol
Alcohol must be in a concealed container.
Activities & Behavior
No illegal, obnoxious, or offensive activities shall be conducted at any site. Including those that are or could become a nuisance to neighboring sites. We will not tolerate abusive or disruptive behavior directed at management. staff, or other persons.
Pets
Dog fencing is permitted to be 24" high, but only in the area of your patio. All animals must always be kept on a leash. No aggressive breeds are accepted, or any breed that is aggressive towards other animals. Dogs are not be tied up outside or left alone. Please keep your dog from excessively barking. All animals must be up-to-date on vaccinations.
Cleaning
All RV sites must be kept clean at all times, free from clutter. Camping tents are not permitted on RV lots. No indoor furniture is to be left outside. No refrigerators, appliances, kitchen tables, etc. Outdoor patio furniture is permitted.

6: No tarps covering RV's. 7: The exterior must be free from duct tape, excessive caulk, etc. Isolated minor issued are generally acceptable, provided multiple issues are not combined todeteriorate the appearance of the RV. If you have any questions, please call.
Appareance Rules
1: Doors, shrouds, panels, windows, coverings, etc. should be intact. unsightly. 2: The exterior is to be clean and free from obvious damages. 3: Paint must be in good condition; some minor fading is acceptable. 4: Awnings must be in good condition. 5: No wall unit air conditioners.
RV Appareance
The appearance of RV's can contribute to or detract from the overall experience of all the campers. Our rules state that's all RV's tow vehicles & passenger cars be in operable & good condition.
RV Age
15 years. Any older must be approved and have an uploaded photo to be approved by management.
